Rates and Fees (Daily Rate / 12 hours)

Saturday Rental	$5,000 Entire Indigo Hall & Gardens $3,500 Upper Hall & Gardens $2,000 Lower Hall
Friday or Sunday	$3,500 Entire Indigo Hall & Gardens $2,800 Upper Hall & Gardens $1,500 Lower Hall
Monday - Thursday	$2,000 Entire Indigo Hall & Gardens $1,600 Upper Hall & Gardens $900 Lower Hall
Security Deposit	$200 The security deposit is required to tentatively hold your event date and will be applied against your total rental fees. If another interested party requests the space and no contract/deposit has been received, we will try to contact you for your final decision. If no response is made within 5 business days, the tentative hold will be released. This deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Terms	30% of the contract fee is due at signing Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event
Refundable Damage Fee	$500 A full refund of the damage fee will be given after a property inspection to ensure the venue is clear of any damage that might have occurred during the contracted event.
Security/Police Officer	$30/hour - Minimum of 3 hours. Required for all events serving alcohol.
LCD Projector Rental	$100/day
